"I've had State Farm insurance on my home for 26 years. Eventually I put my vehicles on the policy also. I've been pleased with the rates as compared to other companies. Several years ago the roof on my home was compromised by a tree branch during a violent storm. I was really frightened and didn't know what to do. I'm on Social Security so I had serious financial worries. Leslie at my State Farm office guided me through the process of getting my roof replaced. All I had to pay was my deductible. The process itself was quick and easy, and put my fears to rest. Last year the wiring in my car was eaten by squirrels. When I heard the repair estimate amount, my heart sank. The service manager told me to call my insurance company right away. Once again, Leslie handled the process for me, and my car was put to rights. The deductible was my only expense at that time also. I feel confident and secure having State Farm insure my home and my vehicles. With my severely limited income, this is vital to me. I chose State Farm based on their reputation and their fair rates.
